The historic Porter Glisan Building was built in 1920. The building's $2.2 million renovation was completed in 2002.

Features include mosaic marble and limestone entry, high ceilings, wood columns and floors and fluted glass doors. The renovation also included new seismic, electrical, HVAC, ADA upgrades and a new facade.
