Northwest Fence & Wire Works 400
NE 11th Ave. Built in 1911, this National Register building was originally a livery stable and was then occupied by Northwest Fence & Wire Works for 45 years. The
historic features of the building will be preserved, but the building
will offer modern amenities including new windows, electrical, and plumbing.
New
interiors include high ceilings, wood floors, exposed bricks and beams,
large windows and skylights. Some of the second floor spaces include Downtown
view.
