Located in Old Town Portland, the original hotel was built in 1909 and renovated into offices in 1994. The building offers the historic feel yet has 21st century updates. Special features in this award winning National Historic Building include beautiful exposed brick, open floor plan and wood beams and columns.

The first and second floors (338 NW 5th Ave.) house offices for SERA Architects.

The Minnesota Studios (322 NW 5th Ave.) on the 3rd floor offer creative spaces and comfortable offices.
