This 1929 mission-style building, in the heart of Old Town Portland, was completely renovated by Venerable in 1998 and sold in 2004.

The features include restored brick and stucco Spanish Colonial style with tile detailing. Updated interior includes five skylights and two sides of storefront windows with transoms.

The warehouse/parking garage attached has 1 grade overhead door and gas blower.
